A new class is being offered here at the Meridian on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. and then again at 7 p.m. starting in the next couple weeks--belly dancing!
There are so many benefits to this fun and energetic exercise. It works your back, bootie, arms, and core, toning and defining muscles you might otherwise neglect.
